Priest Arrested

Pleads Religious use of Kaneh Bosm (Marijuana) is not illegal!
Priest, Jerry M. Cofer, was arrested on the 7th of March for 53grams of a substance that he calls Kaneh Bosm, inside his own monastic house.
He claims by the authority of Jesus Christ, that Marijuana is the original substance used in the anointing oil that moses gave to the priests and the Kings of Israel; to consecrate them to the Lord. (Exodus 30:22-33)
It has been discovered in fact that this ingredient was actually written into the Bible many times but has been mistranslated since the 3rd century BC and that every Bible translation after that one just repeated the error.
So, what does this do to the United States now?
"We the people" have been granted protection over our religious exercises and the government has not been allowed to create laws that can hinder us or our God in our religious exercises.
The question by law may come down to the Religious Freedom and Restoration Act of 1997 and the sincerity clause, but the gaping wound that this Priest has brought to the forthought of the modern "war on drugs" may just be what America needs most with 1 out of every 32 adults being placed into prisons.
It's common among people if you look around or take time to ask, Marijuana should be legal. You can ask your own mother and she will probably tell you that marijuana should have been made legal and alcohol illegal.
In fact, most marijuana related injuries are created by the possession of marijuana being illegal, rather than by actual use of the substance. People are getting hurt going out to get their sacrament to bring it home because they are being forced into criminal environments to remain faithful to God. Some people are getting hurt because they get Kaneh Bosm that has been sprayed with pesticides or some other chemical; getting them very sick. The other people are those that are killed or somehow injured because the cops chose the element of suprise and overwhelming violent force to capture a child of God who has in His sovereignty accepted the responsibility of being consecrated/anointed of the Lord.
Jerry M. Cofer, has stood up like many other christians around the world and said enough is enough. Jerry, who has travelled by thumb and foot for 7 years around the country as a vagabond and minister with the poor, came to Jesus the Christ in '94 after having an epiphany with the Christ at which time he claims to have died with Christ on the cross and been reborn.
Having been a political activist in His travels He held up a sign in Boulder, Co where they just recently legalized upto an ounce, that said, "Jesus say's Legalize Marijuana!" He had 8 years clean time in Narcotics Anonymous and studied entheogenic compounds outside of his psychology and criminology studies for years.
He says he ministered among the poor by sharing the sacrament of kaneh bosm with them as he travelled the streets and the wilderness' across america, sometime taking up residences as he has here in Clearwater Florida in a monastic house called, "Little Israel". Having lived in Clearwater for almost 4 years now he has taken comfort in his little duplex where he was blessed enough to recieve a job as the property manager over a few duplex's.
